I like your plans better, 2 bdrm./ 2 bath, more closet space, use space of 3rd bdrm. for laundry room & add a few feet to the living room, that dark wall makes it séem too closed off.

Hi. This is a FILIPINO house design which is probably made by a FILIPINO architect. And to point that out; most FILIPINOS prefer doing laundry outside, given that Philippines has a humid weather. Thanks.

Das ganze Haus ist super eingerichtet und durchdacht.Nur was vorne am Haus eingespart wurde sollte hinten noch drangesetzt werden,dann wäre auch ein Platz für Heizung und Waschmaschine und Trockner da..Sehr schick.

Love the floor plan. Who'd think a 3 bed, 2 bath cud so comfortably fit into less than 800 sq ft. I'd add a detached carport off the dining room side. This wud look splendid as a 1940s Bungalow.

Nice design! Can you make a 2-storey version of this? Still 3 bedrooms though. Masters bedroom upstairs should have a walk in closet and bath. Another bedroom upstairs and another toilet. One bedroom downstairs. Bigger kitchen, and laundry area inside the house. A dirty kitchen outside would be nice.

Cute. It kind of baffles me that no one designs houses with outdoor shutters. There are many ways to do it and outdoor blocking of sunlight keeps a house cooler than indoor curtains or blinds.

Clean and neat but a few things seem to be missing. I’d suggest a utility closet for brooms, mops, vacuum sweeper, ladders & tools. Where is the hot water heater? Where is the furnace? The electrical panel? More shelving is needed for books. I didn’t see an oven, only a cooktop. Limited cupboard space. Would want a desk for a computer. Maybe one of the bedrooms could be an office space. This seems like a fantasy home - pretty to look at but not addressing the practical needs of the residents.

Is outside laundry the norm in the Philippines? I've noticed laundry placed outside in many of your vids. I don't think it's usual in most developed countries. I've never seen it, personally. I would change the master bath to one sink & replace the left sink w/a laundry closet that opens from the dining area. Anywhere, really, would be better than putting laundry outside.
