I would like to see more vertical use of space. I would envision an outdoor upper space on the roof that is enclosed and private. You could have a rooftop garden and a place to sit and see the stars at night. That is my dream house.

Loving the car! Really like all the modern light fixtures, in & out. They say people are getting away from the open concept & this is a good example. 2 bedrooms (1master suite) 1 bdrm. w/bath & that powder room would be great. Walk in closets instead of 3rd bdrm. 👍

This is, perhaps, the most luxurious design I've seen from you, so far. I find it strange, though, that the powder room has a shower head with no walls. The powder room even looks to have enough space for a shower stall.

A builder should be mindful of functionality. Beautiful design, however, again, the floor plan is lacking in pantry for the kitchen & grocery, storage rooms for tools for gardening & cleaning supplies & closets for the bedrooms. No "dirty kitchen", a must-have for the Pinoy families. You wouldn't want the smell of dried fish & bagoong lingering inside the house. This is a beautiful design but lacking in functionality. 8/10 IMHO✌.
