As you come the front door I'd put a bench with cubbies to put shoes away and hooks to get rid of out gear. Love that you put a designated place inside the home a real laundry area. Otherwise 👍 👍 👏🎉!

The cost will vary wildly depending on where it is being built and what level of materials and trims are used. You would need to take the plans to a builder and get a quote. They could at least give you an estimated range per square foot.
