Dear sir, Sorry to ask not a relevant question to this video. I watched your video about Item analysis 'difficulty and discrimination'. Could you let me know how a tester analyses items that have some of the answers weigh more than one point (i.e. two points each)? I really appreciate your knowledge and support. Thank you a lot

Hi, thanks for asking. On that particular video lecture (item analysis), the weight of the score per item was not emphasized. The idea is that, we only need to know whether the student got the item or not and it is encoded as binary (1 for yes and 0 for no or 1 for true and 0 for false). The weight of the score in each item is not necessary.
