I always feel so ready to just keep living my life after watching one of hitomis videos. This one was filled with so much sweetness that when the sun popped out and shone in through my window I had to pause and just giggle at the dust dancing in the rays. I feel even fuller and wholer now, how beautiful it is to exist

Wow. I love what you said of, when at the bottom of the well, that’s just as sacred, but you don’t create stories or belief systems when there. Today as I wrote my morning pages, I realised what you were talking about all the time in your videos when you say „I am tapping into the power of love“. I went through a pretty rough break up a few weeks ago and seeing how my friends and family have supported me through it was so incredibly beautiful. I felt secure in myself and in the people I trust and love. This morning I felt a deep calm inside me, a deep warm love for my life and the people that are in it. I feel like I got a little closer to the things you practice and teach about.
