To begin the proceedings some hot potato Bhajji with chutney and some wonderful filter coffee ☕️. Very hygienic preparation of the dishes 💯💯 Simple & good buffet spread including live Dosa counters followed by desserts and Ice cream . Time for you to start savouring the dishes. Wow impressive that the Russian Salad is one of their trademark items 👌👌 The Hara Bhara Kabab looks awesome and happy that you relished it . I love wedding Sambhar Rice with Vadam 🤤🤤 I am drooling watch you enjoy the Sambhar Rice . It was a nostalgic moment for you ❤️ Next is the Phulka with Kadai Paneer ( no review from you . Any reason) . The next unique combo is Boli with Badam Paal 👌👌 and great review from you . The next item is the super creamy curd rice ( wow) with pickle . Ultimate combo 👍 Time to attack the Masala Dosa with condiments and Butter Aaapam with Thenga Paal 👍 According to me in restaurants they prepare huge portions of quantum of chutney whereas in weddings the caterers prepare in requisite quantities and ensure that it’s always served fresh and that accentuates the flavour . The Masala in the Dosa seems to be super delectable. Time for the special Butter Podi Aapam and your response OMG and Ultimate 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 It’s a unique dish for me 🤤 2 items thus far was a stand out the Sambhar Rice and Butter Aapam 👍👍 Great initiative to incorporate the unused water from the bottles in the sapling . We use Pottukadalai as per quantity , we grind coconut chutney in regular intervals and not in bulk quantity so it will be served as fresh it could be.

We don't serve 50 items. We work on menu which will be enjoyed by all. Grow adult can eat maximum of 750 grams . So we technically work on items not to go beyond 20 items

We observe vessels cooking are Aluminium. brahmins use ss.
