Thanks for another inspiring video and let me share a useful tip. The automatic redirection from "/es/" to "/es/spanish-home/" [8:23] can actually be prevented also in the free version of Polylang. After setting a static home page [8:07] a new setting becomes visible at the end of Polylang "URL modification" section [5:36]: "The front page url contains the language code instead of the page name or page id". When selected, the slug stops getting appended and "/es/" shows the Spanish home page as expected, so does "/en/" if you choose not to hide the default language.

Polylang is great - but when the multilngual feature will be available in WP core????

That would be at phase 4. Most likely end of this year.

hi, if I want to add a new language without local version, can I leave the "locale" field in blank ? Can I leave the flag field in blank as well?

Can somebody help with this - I make click on + to add a new page, after that it is created but still + doesn't change to pen and it seems as if the page wasn't created?

Sorry Australians speak a different language to America??? Hahaha. You'd really make a bilingual website to change 'color' to 'colour' or 'analyze' to 'analyse'? That is some dedication, but not sure it is worth it as Australian's can read American spelling just fine.
