Anxiety is a silent disease that as it catches you... it begins to affect all aspects of your life. Insomnia, depression, constant negative thoughts...😱😱😱. It is a living hell!!. I have lived it and I know how it is.

That's very true, I've had anxiety since middle school and I just graduated this year and it effects every aspect of my life. It's possibly made bad trauma worse for me and even though I'm recovering from that trauma, I still have days where I'm not able to do much about my anxiety. It really is a silent disease until you voice your thoughts.

Honestly, this album has probably overshadowed some of my top 10 picks for simple plan songs, they're just that good. Especially with this one. While I personally don't suffer from anxiety all the time, everyone else around me who does and the pressure to be the person to hold it all together still works with this song. Not to mention, they managed to do what most modern music fails to for me, they made modern sounds work and even mixed it in with their old school ones. Glad to know that 20 years later, they're still at the top of their game.

Fun fact, me and Pierre had lengthy conversations about my anxiety and the fact that I can't do anything because of it and the fact that I can't take it anymore how my father also expects so much from me. A couple months later, this song. It fits so perfectly, I might even put it as an About Me on social media. I will record a video and send it to Pierre. This is currently my second favourite Simple Plan song.
