With limited time, I repurposed the RC hydrofoil so that it could slide on snow. This was another shorter video, up next you can expect some more

You should upgrade from a drone motor to a 3900kv full size 4 pole motor and upgrade to some 4s batteries it would really increase the power of the sled and hydrofoil
