#repost Reposting my comment from Alka's comment section. Just sharing little bit of insight that I got from learning vedic astrology, bhrigu jyotish to be specific. The reason why certain ppl treat you in a certain way can be traced back to ur past life kamic relation with that individual. In bhrigu jyotish, you can actually say if a person will be badly treated by his or her boss OR any relationship for that matter..... Yes it's true. Going by those facts all I can tell is you my dear is getting an opportunity to work on your pending karmas... Please do whatever is in ur powder to fulfill their needs... If they are misbehaving with you...just know this that I am doing my job, they are doing theirs...i don't need to bad mouth them again to bring back the karmic baggage in my shoulder. This life is an opportunity to release those baggage and not gain back them all over again. When nothing works... Ignoring is the best remedy. You don't need to explain them/ correct their behaviours because you already know that it's gonna be a futile effort. So just do whatever you can to serve them and ignore. Most importantly, dive within and train yourself to reach a point where ur mood doesn't shift because of the insignificant actions of others. Just because one or two ppl treat u badly, please don't give up on relationships.. Remember ur life is beautiful only if you change ur perspective towards it... And in order to achieve that, you gotta look inside rather than finding happiness and validation from the outer world.

I feel that I'm like a machine to them they use me when they need me.. it hurts really a lot that I feel that they are very important people in my life and all they do it ignore me on my face... That feels like dying everyday so I just came out of it cz if I stay with them I die every day. It's ok to be alone rather than being with toxic people who makes me feel it's hard to love me... You life is precious, make the most out of it irrespective of what your family members, friends, neighbors or any external being thinks. And darling I am just sharing my own insight that I have gained over a certain period of time, also learning Vedic Astrology changed my perspective towards life... There is no specific book as such. I think turning inwards & becoming a spiritual seeker has helped in balancing out emotions and reducing expectation. So you can start your own journey and explore it by yourself.
