Looks great. I was looking for an idea on how to do a rose box in a similar style to add some color. I think I'm going to try this.

How did you know just where to paint each color

I used the cut out top layer as a stencil to very lightly draw the outline with a pencil. I tried to demonstrate that at about 7:30 into the video but it did not show up very well. It still took multiple "touch ups" to get it all in the proper place.
