Hi this is really interesting. Do you treat the food with anything before putting it in the dehydrator to stop it going brown. TIA

Nothing. Don’t want lemon juice on it! Plus I don’t mind the colour change.

How about chiles? I use an electric dehydrator to preserve superhots but it would be great to know how the natural method goes. Cheers
