I’m feeling a bit lost, I’m 5 years post op and I’ve gained 15kgs, thankyou for your suggestions on getting back on track. My only issue is that my surgeon has retired and I now have no team to go to what should I do? I’d love to have a check up.

Lisa C hi Lisa, thanks for your comment. You can often find a new team and contact them to ask for an appointment. If you’re in Australia you’ll need a gp referral to see the surgeon but not the dietitian. I’d chat it through with your GP. I have online support options as well including one on one and the community (link in the description), but it’s essential to have a good team to keep in touch with too. Best, Zoe

Ahmad Hamad hi Ahmad, sorry you’re having trouble. I would book in with your doctor, surgeon and dietitian as soon as you can to ensure you at least stop the regain. I’m sure they’ll be able to help. Also have a look at the links in the description - start with the blog post and go with little steps from there. Good luck!
