I can't tell you how much I love this story and even cried at the end. All your beautifully sung carols made this even more special. I'm going to share this with my Spanish practice group (Los Triunfadores Españoles) in time for Christmas. Feliz Navidad Profesora!!!

I'm loving it! I am still at A1 level so giving some of the vocabulary is useful. There are still many words I don't get, but I understand enough to follow and enjoy the sweet story. I also enjoyed listening all the traditional songs I also used to sing in Finnish (and later in English): it really feels like the world is connected through these shared songs and music! Listening stories like this is my favourite way of learning and I am always looking forward to a new story.

A very charming story. Love the carols. Just one query: in 'reina ya gran solaz do el niño dormido está' what does the 'do' mean? - it doesn't seem to be in my dictionary. Is it an old word meaning 'while'?

Thanks for the questions! "Do" is just a musical placeholder, like "ah" or "oh" in English
