What we need is smart street lights. With computers now a day they should determine how long and which lanes should be on and by doing so diminishing long back ups. Also add traffic jams occurring all over the city would be greatly diminished.

Hello. Finding it difficult to find a 150 mf cap. All my cap kits go from 100 to 220 mf. How adversely will a 220 mf substitution affect the led timing? Thanks!

You can change the time interval by changing the capacitor. More power capacitors will reduce speed, while fewer power capacitors will increase speed. Thanks for watching 🤗

Please check that the lead polarity of the led is correct. The transistor pinout is correct. hope you can find out the reason soon 💪.
