Hi, my dears, in this video I am sharing with you the moments of your February routine life in our French Village, talking about Lemon Festival, Fete de Citron in Menton and showing slow living on the French Riviera. South of France full of surprises during winter time. Our lifestyle is very simple, as we are living in a very small and quite medieval village. Hope you will enjoy watching it.

Stumbled upon your videos by accident and I can’t stop watching. What a magical place. As someone who grew up in rural North America, this is really intriguing. We have to drive everywhere as the nearest store of any kind is a couple miles away. I’m curious about vehicles and employment. Is there a large parking lot where people in the village can park? Do more people than not even drive? And what do most of the village residents do for work? Do they own or work in the little shops or is there the possibility of commuting to an outside job? Hello, thank you, have to think, there two traditional things that locals do with lemons, a tarte aux citrons (Lemon desert) or Lemoncello ( a drink for apéro) but I never tried to do it myself yet😅 will see🤗

My son and I went on a 8th grade class trip to France last Spring break and I can’t get this country off my mind. Now I have to admit, I am black and queer, but I still want to live in the south of France with my son. He wasn’t all that impressed and that might have had something to do with him not having any friends on the tour, but I wonder how it would work coming from the states to there as far as school system, finding employment, LGBTQ+ acceptance

Question regarding a lemon tree. We live in Missouri USA and we have lemon trees a little bit bigger than yours and they are in pots. But they do not grow lemons at all. What can we do? We tried to keep them inside and outside.

Love your channel about you and your village and this video about your lemon tree. I loved my lemon tree in California where I lived for decades. Here in the SC USA we cannot grow them. By the way your tree would be healthier if you uncovered the original surface as you brought it home. My sister is a forester. The flare of the trunk should not be buried. It stresses the tree. Go remove the soil you put on top of the original surface when you put it in the new pot. Your tree will breathe better. You probably already know this. Please dont worry about my tree advice.
