Simple Voltmeter from VU Meter

Making simple 0v to 12v voltmeter using VU meter.
The resistor used in the series is 47K.

I would like to know about these VU Signal but to see the RF signal or how much is arriving at the receiver? And the sensitivity of, for example, whether it is uV or Mv or uAmp or Mv. I want to install it on an old radio. I appreciate any help.
