What did you wrap the call with? Nice job. Iuse sewing thread

Sometimes thread and sometimes somewhat larger cord. Getting mostly to using nothing. Can get to much on a call if not careful.

I make one every year to give away to new hunters or somebody who hunted with me. My tradition.

I make maybe a dozen per year. I've made all kinds of calls for over 30 years. 3 years ago I started making the wing wood caller which was my only way to produce a high enough quantity far as a wingbone style call to cover all the orders. Usually can't get enough real bones to produce lots and lots of calls at one time.

Can I buy a wingbone call if you have extra?
@mossescreekoutdoors5765 Жыл бұрын
You can. I try to keep extra made but hard sometimes based on the supply of the bones. Sometimes folks will send me their bones to use. I've got very very few extra but yes I've got a few surprisingly that's not made. I can usually only make maybe a dozen per year.

What rubber did you use between the 2 sections?
@mossescreekoutdoors5765 Жыл бұрын
It's a 1/2" round rubber bushing and squeezes out kinda oval when used.
