"Cute little wire wrap rings,"...They really are 👍 We are always looking for something different to present at our shows and this design is a great idea to add to our collection. I am truly amazed at how well these simple ideas sell out. I could not keep these in stock at our show over the weekend. Love this tutorial and your bubbly persona; I'm thinking you are a blast to engage with at your shows 😁 Kris and I are really into some of your other woven ring ideas as well, you have a great talent. For those looking for more ideas such as this one, see more of Yvonne's ideas on her channel, or check out Melissa at Zurich's Designs on KZbin as she has some great simple ring ideas as well. Don't limit yourselves, spread out, break rules, and create 😎👍

Love your tutorial! I went looking for that blue mandrel you use with the groove for the bead and I just can't find one that looks like it. Most are just steel ones that don't have any groove or a very small one. Do you have any recommendations? It didn't look like the ones you linked had that groove either...

Yvonne Williams did you make this video yet? I was thinking you could put the beads on the wire on a mandrel and then put the other side of the wire thru all 3 and then wrap around the mandrel once with each side and when you get back to the beads weave in and out of the beads with both sides not going açtually in the beads but around them and then wrap around the mandrel once more and when you get back to the beads just wrap the wire a few times around the two bands you just made right next to the beads so they don't move around and then clip. I really hope I made sense lol

Okay thanks! I actually have a bunch of really small turtle vertibrae that I found in shells. and I tried making a ring with a skunk incisor tooth but didn't have anything to drill a hole with so I just put gorilla glue around the tooth and wrapped the wire around it. Doesn't look the best but I can cut the wire off and retry later

Very pretty and simple process! Love the simplicity of your final creation! Try getting a Xuron “Shear 2175” Flush Cutter with the orange grips - I absolutely love it and have used it for years w/o the blade ever getting dull or marked up. [The number I put in quotes is the number that is embossed on the metal part of my Flush Cutter.] It makes a clean cut. You never have to twist and turn to cut your wires. I cut one time and that is it. It's easy to find online!!

I know that the silver, copper and gold wire are usually the ones used in most wire wrapping, but could you use a different color, same gauge such as magenta, purple, turquoise, burgundy? It seems that thought would be cool too depending on the stone you're using.
