I just got a ‘24 international from my company! It’s a pretty decent rig. I am used to driving a freightliner so you definitely just showed me one feature I didn’t realize was in here!

I drove a day cab of these in a previous job a couple of years ago. I honestly miss that thing. It wasn't the best but my body did not hurt at the end of the day. And it was a good truck that is still being used by that company today. Current day cab I'm driving for my current job has me hurting and is just needing one thing after another. I even bought back and seat cushions for almost a 100 bucks. And still have pain and feel like it's a torture device lol. I thought about going back to the previous company even though it's not good one but the equipment was nicer at least. And sometimes you just have to weigh the pros and cons.

The driveline of this truck is 100% Scania. That dashboard is out of a Scania. Pity they didn't include the inbuilt gearbox retarder. Best feature by far for navigating hilly terrain.

I drove a International Lt the past 6 months and it was a horrible experience. Everything rattled in the interior, the suspension was completely hard as a rock and the tractor broke down on me twice. I'm now in a peterbilt 579 Epiq with cummins and couldn't be happier. Much smoother ride, interior is tight, no rattles and the engine is much smoother at idle. I will never drive a international again. They are complete garbage.

We would have to disagree. If you scroll thru past videos when we have had internationals in the past it has added alot of stress to life.... one videos tells of us having to be towed 3 times in one week!!! It had so many breakdowns it was unreal!

i didnt like internationals, was driving 2020 or 2021.. cant remeber now.. but point is engine noise is way too loud especially when you trying to sleep. rides pretty good tho , but compared to same year volvo it was like day and night... i hope yours will be much better :)

They do have a lot of cab noise!!! We don't enjoy the international... but we are company drivers making the best of things. We have had volvos in the past. We enjoyed them much more 😀

It's nice having the fancy swivel seat. I can see how it would really add great value to the solo driver's life! It's got an A26 12 speed automatic under the hood. We have driven much nicer trucks... but this 2024 does run much better than the 2018 that we had. We have 30,000 miles on it and not problems yet

I just got my 2024 International and I can’t seem to get the refrigerator working 🤦🏻‍♀️the light in refrigerator is on but it’s not cooling. I never came across this before any suggestions. TY

Bottom shelf on the back of the fridge is the dial setting. I typically keep mine around 4 or 5. Check what setting it's on

Noticed your Lytx driver facing camera in the windshield…how you can have your privacy violated and put up with it is beyond me…if a company hired me and the truck I was given had that I’d walk away

We don't like the cameras!!! There are so times it get covered!!!! We have a great boss that doesn't check cameras unless you request or there is a major accident. In today's world a camera can be a truckers friend. In you have an incident, parties have up to 2 years to sue you. It's always a drivers fought. Then, with the government the way it is, you better have all the evidence you can get to prove your side.

I hate tv mounts. I have 43” 4K Samsung at foot of bed. It stays perfectly while driving. I’m 5’5” so plenty of room to stretch on plush pink pillows & pink blankets & I luv my pink satin sheets. I be that bitch with my fur babies across my windshield & veteran stuff. Hooah

My hubby is amazing and would go with almost and design and style I like. But pink and purple are my colors. I love blues, greens and natural tones. We do enjoy the Volvo more!!! Ive had Cascadias towed in a lot to my shop. M2 as well. And we're not even a Freightshaker dealer! They refuse to go there because the service is so bad. Pretty sad when they go to Navistar dealers to bypass OEM.
