The simplest way to de-stress for me is to color with crayons. It's relaxation time with Crayola!
It's so important to listen to our body because most likely it's telling us to renew, refresh and recharge! Here's the simplest way I know to get it done.
Oh! don't forget to smell your crayons!!! It's proven that just smelling crayons will reduce anxiety in adults.
