This is an improved version of the video I made on this Simplex 2001 system I made a few years ago. I go more in depth with the cards and assembly of the panel, as well as its operation. The Simplex 2001 is an increasingly rare system and this video is meant to showcase it.

Hey, I just got one of these it has a few cards but I can’t figure out how to wire the jumpers, do you know where I can find some documentation on the wiring?

Sounds like you're filter capacitor has gone bad and is outputting FWR.

That smoke is in a box of devices I pulled from another house. Not part of our hardwired smoke alarms.
