Wow, that's awesome! Can't wait to see it in action! Can the hot keys be customized? It looks like they could be since there is a blank spot next to the indicators.

Thank you! Yes, the hot keys can be fully customized.

Oh, cool!

It's also possible to customize the LED associated with the hotkey. The LEDs on this unit both illuminate in solid red, but it's also possible to do yellow, red/yellow flashing, etc.

Flashing LEDs? I don't know why, but I like flashing LEDs lol

I'm debating whether or not to get one of these... The only thing that's holding me back is the prices of the ones on eBay.

Don't do it. A used 4007ES of any kind will be impossible to program. I'm not trying to be a jerk, I would just hate to see somebody waste their money based on what they have seen in my video. I was exceptionally lucky to get my unit working - I could have very easily been out a whole lot of money with a non-working panel. This goes for any ES Series panel, I should add.

Thank you for your nice explanation at the same board, and I want to know the codes so that I can enter there are three codes one, two and three

Can this particular panel use Truealert ES signals, or do they have to be conventional?
@kcin5567 жыл бұрын
This is a 4007ES Hybrid, so it only supports SmartSync or Free-Run TrueAlert Devices. The 4007ES Standard is equipped with IDNAC, so it supports Addressable TrueAlert ES appliances. Despite this, the Hybrid remains the panel with the most features of the two. So to answer your question, no, my panel cannot use Addressable ES signals.

How my panel resets is it kills the power for the zones and a few seconds later the zone power comes back on. It's controlled by a relay
@kcin5567 жыл бұрын
Correct - that's exactly how this panel responds to a reset when a zone has alarmed as well. Since I only activated the "Manual Evac" hotkey in the video, it skipped the zone power reset process.

Does the power wire the same as the 5ud?
@kcin5567 жыл бұрын
The power wiring on this unit is slightly different than most control panels. You have to loop each leg of the AC feed through ferrite beads before it enters the cabinet, to reduce electrical noise on the lines.The actual power connections are the same, however: Hot, Neutral, and Ground.
