Yessir! Gotta love the TrueAlert Addressable Controller! Even though it will also support TrueNac Addressable devices; other examples being the 4903-9451/9452 devices.

What additional functionality do the ES devices have?

Each device has its own address and be controlled individually from the panel. The ES series also tracks sound output and strobe brightness for maintenance purposes. Furthermore, the addressable signals can be magnet tested to ensure functionality.
