i'm pretty sure this is what Akron's St. Thomas Hospital had before it was imploded; OSFA said that the control panels was stolen by scrappers, but he did score some signaling devices and pull stations

So when the 4100 Classic was out at first without PRI2, it was a small/medium/large deal with the three panels?

@@Undercoverelevator212-s2n the 4020 and 4100+ came out later replacing the original 4100. It was introduced in 1988 and by 1992, the 4020 and 4100+ were taking its place

Also I have a question about the chime: is it the bar or the red box that actually vibrates and creates the sound you hear?

It's the small bar below the box that actually does the chiming. The box just contains the mechanism and striker.
