AFTER WATCHING I HAVE TO SAY WE NEED TO SEE MORE OF SIFU MO. ANYTHING WHEN HE WAS YOUNGER, he still has good body mechanics. most folks are still trying to get that done. most won't be able to track his torso method ,most of the time. but he does show it more overtly at times. really nice to see him play his form. can you plug me in to source of information on him please. i'm old just turned 59 and i'm working on recovering my health with taijiquan and zhang zhaung qigong even though i have issues. bad hip is bone on bone, lower verts in my back, flare up as they please. flexibility has been compromised but i'm working om that and strength too = tendon and sinew strength with only necessary muscle.
