Limitations of ohms law 1.Ohms law cannot be applied for semiconductor 2. Ohms law is not applicable for very high and low temperatures 3.Ohms law cannot be used for electron tubes and discharge tubes

Ohm's law is not applicable at very high temperature and very low temperature but it holds good for almost all conductor at ordinary temperature. *Ohm's law is not valid when the conductor is under tension. *Ohm's law will not hold good when the conductor is perpendicular to the strong magnetic field.
