He has with his tutoring videos helped me through the last 4 years of college. Honestly, I don't knkw what I would have done with out the legendary organic chemistry tutor.

It was an error. You’re supposed to multiply the decimal part by 4 as well.

189 is not divided by 4 so,take the lower number which is divided by 4 like 188 then add how many numbers are needed to make it 189 ....it is 2 so,it will be 188.2
