U r suggesting these Agaro products for too long but let me tell you they r giving a horrible after sale service ..I bought so many products from Agaro like bag less vacuum cleaner,blender etc after ur recommendation bcoz I watch all ur videos..every time I call to customer care they demand videos of the product working n does nothing after that . They never send their technicians to visit n check the problem like other brands like Inalsa does within 24-48 hrs of calling.. very disappointed with Agaro

That's true. I have been struggling to get my Robovac issue resolved..it's been a month now and they have not been able to give a satisfactory resolution.

SAME HERE!!!!! Their customer service is so bad. I got an Agaro electric cooker and have been calling them to solve the error codes issue for the past 3 months. And last week the customer care lady spoke in such a horrible way and was very rude. Also they have no services even in the warranty period. Once you buy the product, you’re on your own. They don’t follow up or solve any issues. And the issues keep propping up after 1 month of using. This has happened with 2 of their products that we got. Never buying again.

@@NikithaRachel feel you. Their service is poor and may be a wrong statement. Actually they donot have any complaint resolution mechanism. Once you buy the product of this brand, their work gets over.

I totally get it 😠😠😠😠... Cleaning a big bathroom with such a small brush is frustrating! The circular motion makes it super hard to cover a large area effectively. It's way too difficult for such a big job. Please mention the cons as well! 😠😠😠😠

And also I felt uncomfortable seeing her wash those all attachments together in the same bucket and the most unnerving scene was, although she has separate dedicated area for utility room, she washed or kept the brushes used for cleaning bathroom floor and bathroom wall in the kitchen sink near stove top. I was going to write it as a separate comment but found in your comment that I was not alone to think this way. I hv seen her doing such activities in some past videos too. Hope she reads my comment, takes due note of it, takes it in a positive way and changes her ways which may make some members of the larger public very uncomfortable watching this. And I hope my comment is not deleted. Thanks for reading to whoever reads this

For someone who maintains separate toilet and bathroom brushes at home for each, as I don't like to contaminate the other areas taking one of it across the home from one bathroom to the other, the video of using the same for kitchen and all gave me a puke. Also this is the reason I was always skeptikal of this device

@@madhousenetwork yes. Till 3 years back I lived in homes in different cities and also in different homes in same city with separate bathroom and toilet. I am still unable to get comfortable with the idea of the toilet being inside my bathroom and moreover having attached bathroom to bedroom is also a first for me recently and very irritating for me, as these days many activities like lunch,breakfast,dinner happen in the bedroom while other family member may do their business in the toilet simultaneously and it's not cool listening to or smelling the unwanted noises. Also always had separate dedicated area for washing utensils, either in the angan or in the balcony. So washing and keeping utensils in the toilet cum bathroom area also gives cringe vibes.howmuchever small spaces we might have, we can always accommodate and wash dishes in kitchen sink area only. I hv seen regular plates with leftover veg nonveg food in plates kept in such toilet areas in some homes. How they eat out of such plates again is beyond me. There are all kinds of invisible germs in these washroom areas which can be seen only microscopically. I am sure many viewers in here must be qualified doctors and some may have microbiology background to confirm this. We always wash our feet after every toilet visit.we always wash our feet once we enter our homes from outside. This is how our Indian tradition is since long even when microscopes were not there. That's a difficult task. Keep on calling th and send them email id mentioned on the website. It took me ten days to get the complaint registered. Then they closed my complaint without providing resolution.
