The video content is great quality, thank you so much. However, the way its presented affected its value. :) It is like you are teaching people who are already very familiar with ITIL/ITSM and you are trying to just freshen up their knowledge. But this is not the case, isn't? Majority of people who view your video is new to ITIL/ITSM. You jump from one terminology to another so fast and quick without giving time for comprehension. I am trying to understand your first sentence, in the mean time you are at number 10 sentence. :)

I am brand new to this material and having a hard time understanding the material. Purchased a course with Thought Rock but it's basically reading and memorizing the material. I need real life examples to apply things to. I have 5 months to pass this certification and think I need a tutor as well. I'm just not retaining and need extra help. Any suggestions. in one of the job description, they had asked for ITIL v4 certification as an eligibility criteria they have not mentioned anything like foundation or master certificate, just asked ITIL V4 CERTIFICATE. for this, if i clear ITIL Foundation certificate, is it sufficient? or do i need to clear ITIL MASTER EXAM to get this ITIL v4 certificate?

Not a bad course in terms of content, I suppose. However, it seems the reader has learnt his English from books (or from other people who have learnt it by reading rather than conversing with Anglophones). The pronunciation sounds off too many times for it to be easy to listen to. For example, 'agile' is pronounced A-gile. stress on the A, /ˈæd͡ʒ.aɪl/. It is NOT /æd͡ʒ.ˈaɪl/ or a-GILE Element is pronounced /ˈɛlɪmənt/, stress on the first e. Etc, etc. Last nut not least: ITIL is pronounced /ˈɪtəl/ or /ˈaɪtəl/ but never /aɪ tiː aɪ ɛl/!
