I have some questions. On the Scrum website, there is an assessment test... 1. Does that assessment lock you out after you take it? 2. Can you take it multiple times? 3. If so, do the questions change?

Thank you for this good tutorial. How would Scrum work if there's hardware involved with a 12-week lead time

PM always needs to be proactive in getting resources; if you have 12 weeks lead time, you need to consider that before starting your sprint. Also, keep in mind not all projects are candidates for agile/scrum; you might have to see traditional project routes or hybrid in some cases.

First, Your title is completely wrong saying SCRUM METHODOLOGY.. It is Scrum Framework
We're happy to know you found it useful, and for the 5.5 stars! Thank you for watching!

i want to understand better on fibonacci points...how do you calculate a team velocity?how can you adapt scrum to an health care project which deals with targets to achieve at each quarter?
@cricketwave98904 жыл бұрын
Develoment team and product owner will analyse the story points and product backlog and prioritize the DONE items by giving values in fibonacci frequency and there are many Technics to value the production backlog value . Once it is valued it is selected for Sprint backlog for the upcoming sprint

Sprints are defined everywhere else as "1 to 4 weeks"

Release backlog is not mentioned anywhere in the scrum guide. Checked both v2017 and v2020. Is this something you came up with on your own?
