The whole tipping concept to me is strange, in australia tipping isn’t a thing because our wages no matter what you are are good. Even base level pay is decent

I would have to disagree with you. Door Dash is a service for everyone, and is opened to anyone. Whether or not if they feel to tip is up to their discretion, and isn’t required by any means. This is a service that requires you to pay for the things you want delivered to your house. In return the driver transports it willingly, because that’s what delivery means. Instead of blaming the paying consumer, maybe you should hold responsible the corporations that pay the drivers so low, for completing their service.

I agree with you. Unfortunately that's not the current situation. The pay is designed with tipping in mind, just like a server's hourly wage. So if someone doesn't tip, the pay from DoorDash alone is barely worth your time, that was my point. Much like as a server, you start learn who the "cheap people" are in your restaurant. You know, no matter how good of service you give, they're only going to tip you so much or not at all. It changes the way you serve them. Same goes for DoorDash. Low or no tippers get skipped by the seasoned drivers.

@@Clintus Yeah, 100% people should tip out of respect for the driver, delivering their goods. As you said drivers have the right to not serve as good as if they were receiving a tip. The service industry is very one-sided because of “cheap people”, and ungrateful inefficient humans

I relate to this guy more and more everyday. I’ve been watching for years and I’m now about to graduate college and I work pt delivering driving pizzas and hate bad tippers! We live in a tipping country you should tip good it’s crazy bruh
