personally I have to disagree. It comes and goes as far as what sells. Crazy was a massive hit. It's not really the fierce concept vs the edm type of style. And while they were still recording 2NE1 was always a pretty good seller. Blackpink sold really well with their debut tracks, which were on the stronger side as well. I think Cube/IHQ is trying to woo back the fans they pissed off and lost over 4minute. So they intentionally took a domestic loss. This album has done about a 10th of the sales that Act 4 did yet they are promoting multiple music show and several vairety shows to help expose them internationally. I originally thought that IHQ may end this concept with how bad they were selling, but the longer it goes on, the more it seems that IHQ is really trying to get that corner of the music market back. Edited this post from Hate to Crazy as I know that hate flopped in Korea buy typed the wrong name.

scott greer Agree. Cube is basically trying to create ripoff versions of their popular disbanded idol groups (that mess with Beast is actually unbelievable). I didn't think CLC was like 4minute until I realised what Cube was trying to do, which was make a 4minute and Beast 2.0. They're even worse than SM right now.
