I saw Simply Red Live several times back in the '90s and Mick twirling around to Fairground at (the old) Wembley Stadium is something I'll always remember. So sexy! Anyone remember them at Docklands Arena? You could feel the seating stands shaking with the audience grooving, great memories of Mick and the band.

fairground - ich war 1995 in der Berliner Deutschlandhalle die Bühne war in der Mitte von der Halle - ein Pressefoto hatte mch am nächsten Tag so sehr begeistert das ich versuchte an den Fotografen heran zu kommen was mir auch gelang, ein original s/w foto bekam ich glaube habe dem 20 DM überwiesen dafür ... leider finde ich das Foto nicht mehr - aber genau dieses konzert mit der besonderen Bühne die in der Mitte stand ist mir in erinnerung

The idea of putting these drums came up to him when he was on Niteroi City, in Rio...Brazil. He had the lyrics ,but he needed the sound...some musicians we're playing whyle walking on the street in front of the Art Contemporaneum Museum (MAC Niterói) and he loved the sound and decided to put this on the song. And the story we all know...
