👋I totally see the depth making the illusion that its spiraling down to the white spot in the middle. Very beautiful cells to. My favorite cells are the ones that are a big cell with small cells inside of it that have opened up to display rings of clours within it. There's quite a few of that type of cell in this pour. Than for Sharing!

Thanks for the video. It's a gorgeous painting. I haven't seen this open cup before. I have done flip cups and have wasted a lot of paint tilting the paintings. I will try this one day. Don't have the space to do it just now. This makes sense as hardly any wasted paint. I live in Ireland which doesn't often have dry hot weather and even when we do it takes 3 days to dry paintings. Headache! Hope your classes went well. Thanks again.

Very interesting, thanks. I'm not sure I want to twirl mine, but if I can just say, wet paint around and over the edges ought to aid with the spreading. Or you could have masked the edges to leave a clean edge.

Those colours are gorgeous, I really like the way the orange and magenta pop against the blue. And I also like your presence in the video, very calm, mellow, and pleasant to listen to. You did a very nice job with the choices you made in the video making process as well. But too many cells for me, it’s hard for the eye to rest anywhere but obviously it’s your painting you should only do what you think looks good. For me, I think it’s more interesting when there are areas of calm colour - doesn’t have to be white space, just a bit of space that lets your eyes be able to see. However I don’t use silicone in my paintings, which just goes to show how each artist has their own process. I’m glad I found your channel. Good luck with your class in November, I hope it goes well for you!!
