I'm a big Celine Dion Celine fan and have all her English language Albums. I must also say that I was only 7 when the late Tina Turner had a hit with this. I heard that version after 1990. Celine did a wonderful tribute to Tina. I guess the question whether people prefer this version or the Tina Turner original will depend on which they first heard the age they heard it and particularly with the original version whether there are specifics that people have that relation to it. This song could either be used in School disco birthdays wedding reception or perhaps even services of thanksgiving for people who have died.
