He had a great run during those playoffs. Unfortunately, he has been nowhere near that level since. Devin White is a great player for putting together highlights reel, but pretty awful down to down player. For every one great play you get from him, you get several lackluster, no effort, horrible read plays.

Yeah, pump the brakes, but you dont have to slam them down. The talent is still there, I think from what I researched that him coming here might revive his career. This was a Vic Fangio signing bc if you read the reports about White coming out of Tampa, then you'd know Howie normally stays clear from guys like that, but if you know Fangio then this was probably him telling Howie I want this guy and I can fix him. Fangio was big time LBs coach before becoming a DC. He has coached some of the best LBs to play this game. Including Ray Lewis, Sam Mills, Patrick Willis, Pat Swilling, Navarro Bowman, just to name a few. He will get Whites full potential and if not, he is gone.

Congrats on the pick up, as a Bucs fan I would just caution yall Philly fans not to get your hopes up. He’s a phenomenal player but he’s got a lot of ups and downs. One game he’s a all pro the next he’s playing like a fringe player. All depends how you us him. His biggest strength is his blitzing and tackling ability but if your looking for a coverage guy he’s not it. No hate just an honest assessment from a guy who watched him faithfully on Sundays

Ok so i read more comment and everyone like we got our linebacker he stud all this stuff only one comment i seen was really on par with what i see in my opinion and was person said he can be really good n i mean he runs a 4.4 he is a really good blitzer and from what i sen a lil of him seems like he has that enthusiasm and he like grind the other team up hom n bg on field same time would be funny but on the bad end his coverage is really bad up and down idk if he has bad anticipation or what it is but had 102 rating last yr n this past yr he was solid again at 66 or something but then i see he was rated number 28 player in top 100 in 2021 and 5th overall pick lol i never been more lost on a guy but philly can bring out the best in a passionate giy like he seems to be so im hoping if him and dean can just be a top 15 duo i think id be thrilled cause ima vomite if i jave to see morrow or shit really any one of guys on the feild last 2 yrs i cant say playing cause none did that i am blown away Denver just picked him up on day 3 of free agency and they cant figure out why they have been a joke since manning retired but go birds
