Affirmation is just a tool to change your inner truths. You don’t need to affirm all day but when you affirm, affirm with conviction. You affirm until you changed your mindset. When you start feeling like you know this is going to happen, you can stop affirming. Manifesting is about what you align within. Once you are aligned, it’s done.
