Just tie your hair in a really tight ponytail to the point your head hurts and put some hairspray on your hands and run it over any flyaway hairs. It’s the only way your won’t move, I do it when I want to go an extra day without washing my hair.

Im not so new to hijab but this still happens to me if i dont do anything extra. Try use hair gel or spray for the sides and wherever u get those flyaways. I dont recommend tying your hair too tight that it hurts though - as someone who gets migraines this is a no no. A loose braid/bun works for me if i add that hair gel just to the front parts of my hair. As for the caps slipping back thats the material of the cap. Look for cotton blends or any not so slippy material, to me they work best. Good to try 1st before buying if u can..if not try see the reviews hopefully theyll help!
