INGREDIENTS
2 lbs (907 g) boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 tsp seasoned salt (or just salt)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt free lemon pepper
GLAZE
3 Tbsp (60 g) unsalted butter
2 Tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
1/2 cup (160 g) honey

easy enough, I have honey and soy sauce and 2 lbs of boneless, skinless thighs, real butter. i think I might have to put some heat on that though. This is better than doing the fried chicken tempura for your heart and veins. lol Still good though and you won't miss that breading one bit unless you are looking for a fried chicken crunch.

I just made this and it is delicious! I will make it forever going forward. I just got an Instant Pot, and my test with just water made me uneasy. I need to practice. My intention was to make a biryani, but that will have to wait. My thighs needed to be used, so I searched for a recipe and this came up. OMG, I love it. I have been a fan and knew you would have the solution. You explain every single step and what to look for. I have never known how to get the fond up and I did it today!!!

I have made this so many times now. The glaze is awesome. And i make it everytime with the extra honey because I like to put it on the rice as well. This is so yummy. i just made this and it is fantastic!!! thank you sooo much for sharing! i didn't have all the spices for the rub like you did. i just used my normal seasoning, browned up the chicken and made the glaze! will make this many times! yum!!!

I made this today, SOOO GOOD, SO EASY, I will be making this often. I tweaked the spice rub and pretty much loaded it with everything in my rack. You really can't over season as long as you keep salt to a minimum. Delish!
