I got myself the starlight ones and I am OBSESSED with the color. ✨ It’s such a beautiful simplistic color. I was stuck between orange and starlight but i dont regret picking starlight cuz it isn’t too too flashy and besides, starlight matches with all my clothing by the aesthetically pleasing neutral color.

I actually love my midnight ones. I like my headphones to be a little discreet in color and able to match most of my outfits. I ended up getting some accessories for them since I use them for the gym. Also I went for the darkest color because I wear makeup and die my hair black here and there so I’m trying my best not to damage them. Great review!

I was in the exact same position; get type-c but not like the colour, or get the wrong port and space grey. I ultimately went with the “old” model because I got a huge price reduction. I bought a travel case that has a spot for the lightning cord too so I think I chose correctly.

This is what we’ve been waiting to see! Thank you. I’m pretty sure you’re the first KZbinr to unbox all 5 colours bc I’ve been checking and waiting for these videos. I just got the midnight ones delivered as well as the blue. I couldnt decide so I ordered both colours and I also have the blues in the lightning version which I just got. I’m tempted to keep 2 but I know that would be a waste of money, so I need to settle on one colour and return the other 2. Also I liked how you emphasized the matching of devices. That’s something I care about myself. I know the midnights match my m2 MacBook Air, but I never stream music from my laptop. I do have the blue iPhone 15 pro max though. I also have a green iPhone 13 mini and the green Bose quietcomfort headphones which look sick together. Also that champagne coloured beats pill looks dope as heck. Anyway the midnight is cool and all but my first impression is that it’s a little too plain. All the other colours have two tone (different shade for the headband than the ear cups) whereas the midnights are all one colour. There’s just something about the light blue that I like but at the same time I really like the midnights. I hope I don’t end up keeping 2 cuz I’ll regret it down the road….

I have Airpods Pro 2, and I have Sony WH -something bluetooth and i think both Pros 2 and Sonys sound amazing. I love lossless audio (TIDAL and Apple Music) and i know bluetooth doesn't do lossless...that being said...still worth getting the Airpods Max? Are they really that comfortable compared to traditional wireless over head/cans? I don't want to worry about the case all the time so how long is the standby battery life if it still auto-sleeps?

I ordered the midnights and the blues. The midnight matches my MacBook which is cool, but I usually don’t use my laptop and headphones at the same time. I had the sky blues of the previous gen, and that lighter colour just gives such a premium “pop” that I feel lacks on the midnights. All the headphones regardless of generation have two tone colour design, different colour ear cups and headband. Midnights are the only ones that are all one colour. I really want to love these ones, they look good with my m2 MacBook, my blue iPhone 15 pro max, but I don’t know, they are just so dark imo that they aren’t immediately recognizable as AirPods Max. They just don’t stand out like all the other colours do. And I really miss that icy blue of the previous gen. Even the lightning space grays stand out more than the midnights. I wish Apple gave the midnights two tone colouring like all the others. So I think I might get the courage and open up the new blue ones and send the midnights back. But it’s not an easy decision.

Black color is not just a little off, but since they made this version just to get people to upgrade from Lightning they made the best-selling color black in a color that people really don't want, so they will upgrade again when the next version comes out in a lighter black. I can't use Bluetooth for it gives me strong headaches. Do you know if the new airpode allows the use of a cord. A friend told it doesn't whereas the old one did but he ain't sure. Apple can't answer to me and the only piece of advice they gave me is to just buy the new one and if it doesn't make it, just ask for a refund. But I won't if I aint sure I will be able to use a cord and not the Bluetooth. If anybody can give me the answer, I would so really appreciate. Thanks.

@@gintoni do take in consideration that Apple sells replacements for the headbands for if they do lose their elasticity 😇 its a very well designed click-on system that connects the cups to its headbands, especially for that exact reason
