Hi chef .. watching here in Doha Qatar 🇶🇦 ..I worked in HK 3 years ( chines cuisine) moved here in Doha working with Spaniard so it’s quite different cuisines ,!but kids here, they’re favourite is fried rice based with Chinese style ( I fridge the leftover rice for fried rice in the next morning so easy to prepare and blanched all the mixed veggies and that’s it ..
