Chef what did you do with the chicken after rolling & covering it with plastic wrap? Did you steam or oven it? D ba masama sa kalusugan yung plastic? I want to try this recipe. Can I use foil instead? And btw, how many minutes will it take to oven the Cordon Bleu after frying? TIA
