INGREDIENTS
1/2 kilo chicken breast and leg quarter fillet
For the marinade:
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Silver Swan Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning Granules
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon fine black pepper
1 teaspoon Silver Swan Vinegar
For the breading:
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
salt
black pepper
cooking oil, for frying
salt and chili powder, for finishing
gravy, for serving

Masarap ito, my kids loved it kahit walang gravy (but i did make the gravy). Half lang sa preparation na ito (1/2 kilo chicken) ang niluto ko for 3 kids and myself. I did not add any chili powder kasi for the kids. Still turned out delicious! Nai save ko yung marinate sa freezer for next time para mabilis nlng lutuin. Thank you, chef!
