Ingredients:
Semolina (Rava) - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Badam - 10-12, chopped
Cashews - 10-12, chopped
Raisins - 10-12(Optional)
Milk - 1 cup
Procedure:
Step-1: Roast Semolina:
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of ghee and add 1 cup of semolina (rava). Roast it on medium heat until it turns light golden and aromatic. Make sure to stir continuously to avoid burning,

Prepare Sugar Powder:
In mixer jar, add 1/2 cup of sugar.Grind well,Combine roasted Semolina and Sugar powder.Mix well.

Fry Cashews and Raisins:
In a pan, heat ghee and fry Badam,cashews and raisins until golden brown.Combine roasted Semolina and dry fruits.
Flavor and Binding:
Mix well until everything is incorporated and forms a thick, moist dough-like consistency.
Shape Laddus:
take small portions and shape them into round laddus with your hands. Grease your palms with a little ghee to prevent sticking.
Serve:
Garnish the laddus with extra cashews or raisins on top and serve.
Tips for Success:
Roast semolina on low to medium heat to get the perfect texture.
If you prefer a richer taste, you can add a little more ghee or milk.
