Sims 3 Obsidian Falls - Populated

"Step into Obsidian Falls, a tropical paradise sculpted by future ambitions. Volcanoes and waterfalls weave a backdrop for settlers, tourists, and scientists exploring its natural wonders. Amidst a bustling downtown and upscale suburbs, the influence of capital megastride shapes the city, echoing wealth and ambition. Yet, beneath the surface, a cryptic undertone whispers of something more. What exactly is all this scientific research about? Is it just the flora and fauna that pique their interest, or is it something..... supernatural?"
Originally conceived as a personal project, this world reached completion around 2014. However, in 2022, I embarked on a journey to revitalize and enhance it, working on it intermittently over time. Everything, except for most of the terrain and textures, underwent a complete overhaul. Today, what you see on the screen is the culmination of this passion project.

beautiful world!! I downloaded it and tried to move my current family to the world, but every time I would, I would get the weird blank UI glitch where you can't see the sim's needs, the simoleons amount, and their sim icons disappear. it essentially makes it to where u can only interact and move one sim and I cant view anything on the UI other than the time and day. I tried to see if it was an issue with my game as a whole but when I went into my other saves, the game works fine. I even tried to start a brand new save in Obsidian falls but it still did the same thing. Is there any fix to this or something I missed when downloading? I would really love to play in this beautiful world!!

Dang I'm sorry to hear it's not working for you! When you say moving your family to the world do you mean moving to a different neighborhood using the cellphone, or placing them in a house from the library? I would try saving them to the library and placing in the world if you haven't done that. I had to stop the video as the camera swinging was giving me horrible motion sickness. :(
