Kevin, you are forgotten something, Jim is a master vampire and that means you can make him inmune to the sun, buy that and Jim can kill all the Sims he wants without worrying for the sun. If you can rid of Jim's vampirism for that, i say you this as a recomendation, and even you can get some cool powers like the super-speed. Don't get rid of Jim's vampirism, at least not yet, just watch all the things you can do as a vampire and if you don't like then you can make Jim a normal human again.

Plus, I think it's cheaper as far as lifetime award points go, since vampires don't age, The sun immunity does help, but it doesn't make vamps completely immune (at least in my experience; it just makes them burn less quickly.) But the sun weakness isn't really an issue, especially if you have an umbrella stand. Vamp sims will use the umbrellas automatically and this helps them in the sun.

Okay, okay, okay, here me out: Massive garden. Include gardening as an encouraged thing in the club traits. Get ONLY alien plants, some of those fruit sell for like literall 100+ simoleons a pop. Plant everything, bring the club in, add majority to family, set them to garden indefinitely... PROFIT. Similarly, make a bakery, set the club's encouraged activities to baking. Buy like twenty cupcake machines (every so often they break and need to be refilled/cleaned, be aware of that). Have them make an endless amount of cupcakes. Sell the cupcakes in the bakery- never replace them, it is actually worth more to consistently remake food for the bakery. You can do this I think with Go To Work? I think so. You can actually combine the painting idea with the baking idea and just have a single store where you do nothing but sell paintings and cupcakes lmao. And if you get the stuff pack for the kitchen, there's an ice cream making machine, and IDK why but that was absolutely worth ten bucks to me XDDDD Edit: Heads up guys, I went and tested this and you're going to need some cheats to change ownership of items to you. Paintings and cooked foods can't be "set for sale" the way other items can when they belong to/were made by another Sim. Color me bummed. TT^TT If you guys figure out an easy way to get this going, I'd love to hear it because I still want to do these ideas lmao!

These are great ideas but the painting method is probably the most profitable. Especially Kevin's slave labor version. Lol. You can make more from selling them in a retail store as far as individual sales but it's alot slower, same with just about every retail sale unless your selling just the absolutely most expensive items in the catalogue, even then buyers are slow. And masterpiece paintings can sell for somewhere around $4000 a piece? Also yes, the shenanigans you can get into with the ice cream machine is way with it lol.
