I really like this rental lot, Kate. One thing I would change, is replace the hot tub outside with an onsen from Snowy Escapes. It seems like a better choice to me, and it fills in the area better.

Hey Kate. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! Tis the season for Kate's Xmas builds and you created a lovely modern cabin. Have you started on real life Xmas stuff yet? No decorations here yet, aside from a few cards but we're doing the big shop next Monday.

I've decorated on November 26, one day before the first Sunday in Advent :) There was a small Christmas market where I live and most people here decorate before it so everything is ready for the evening and the windows and streets are illuminated for the market. I've even put the tree up already. We will celebrate at my parents so I always put up the tree super early since we aren't home for Christmas and it wouldn't make sense to put it up at all if it was just for Christmas :) What are your plans for the holidays, how will your spend Christmas and which decorations and preparations are you planning?

@@KateEmerald That makes sense to match the market. Not sure what our plans are yet but it'll be cozy and quiet, just how we like it. Likely just the two of us, my Dad, my brother and her sister. My better halfs parents live abroad and don't do much for Xmas, so they meet up for the new year.

I loveee the build, look so cozy!! also have the latest t.o.o.l mod downloaded down, but with shift + T , the t.o.o.l window dont pop up in build mode, i can only use it in live mod, anyone know why? :C
