You have to be on iOS 12 in order for it to work.

You have to have specific devices that support it. Most of the newest generations on iOS12

I would think it would be on there. If it only says iPad 2017 then that would be the current gen and not include the older air models.

Natalie Ng I don’t think you have to be at a certain level, but this feature doesn’t work on android or anything below iOS 6S. I could be wrong though
