Hi! Those washer and dryer combos are from different sim chase events if not mistaken, but I've forgotten it's from which updates, as there are a few different ones. 😅

how many sims are allowed to be in that lot at the same time? mine says only 10, if it exceeds they won't allow me to call another sim over anymore. coz im actually planning to build 4 homes like yours and have them bear 1 child each fam 😅 but that will be 12 overall 😅

Hi, only 10 sims are allow to be on a lot. Unless you are vip, I can't remember at what level vip will unlock extra sims on a lot.It cost real money too. And the new baby will be under the same family that move into this lot, not those that you call over (I think 🤔). Hope this helps you. 😊

Can you have sims with different surnames on the same plot? Btw since very house has a dryer then there wouldn't ve need for clothes line right?

Thank you for your comment! 😊 I don't think we can have sims with different surnames living in the same lot, but I called them over to live here anyway. 😄 The clothes lines are optional for them to use. You can choose not to put it if you want to build this in your game. 😊

@@MelsSimWorld Is it a normal whistle call? That wouldn't free up a lot right? I just built my first apartment complex and then realized I can't get ppl to live there bcos they all end up having same surnames. 🤦🏻‍♀️

@@RonLarhz If your sim invites another sim to move in together, they will have the same surname. I use the whistle call to call them over, but if you send sims to work , after they finished their work, they'll go back to their original home instead of the one you whistle over. So no, it won't free up a home lot.
